Internal Medicine · Troy, Michigan · Since 1999

A doctor who has the time to actually know you.

Dr. Williams keeps this practice deliberately small, so appointments start on time, run as long as they need to, and you always see the same physician. Your insurance still works exactly as it does today.

No health questions asked. Someone from the office calls you back, usually the same day.

I The part everyone asks about

No, you are not paying twice.

This is the single most common misunderstanding about a membership practice, so here it is plainly, before anything else.

01

Insurance covers sick care

Keep your current plan. Sick visits, labs, imaging, specialist referrals and hospital care are billed to your in-network insurance exactly the way they are now. Nothing about your coverage changes.

02

Membership covers health and wellness

Insurance pays for sick care. The annual fee pays for the preventive care it does not typically cover: the Annual Wellness Program, 24/7 physician availability, and a yearly prevention plan built around you.

03

The practice stays small

Membership is what makes the size possible. Fewer patients is not a perk on top of the care. It is the care.

II What membership includes

A practice built around time.

1999

The year Dr. Williams began caring for patients in Troy. Many of the people in this practice have been with him for most of it.

See how membership works

  • The Annual Wellness Program An advanced exam each year, featuring comprehensive screenings and diagnostics that go beyond what is usually covered by insurance, and a wellness plan built around you.
  • Same-day and next-day appointments When something comes up, you are seen that day or the next, rather than weeks later.
  • Appointments that are not rushed Visits are scheduled with enough room for everything you came in for, and the things you almost did not mention.
  • 24/7 physician availability Direct after-hours communication with Dr. Williams for urgent concerns, and continued support from him even when you are out of town.

III The Annual Wellness Program

One morning a year that changes the other 364.

An advanced exam each year, featuring comprehensive screenings and diagnostics that go beyond what is usually covered by insurance, ending with a wellness plan built around you rather than a handshake at the door.
